General terms and conditions

1. When placing an order for delivery outside South Africa, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Charges for duties and taxes may be in addition to your shipping charge and must be accepted by you.
2. All prices are shown in US Dollar (USD). The item price is exclusive of any (possible) import duties and taxes.
3. By ordering goods from this website, I hereby authorize a licensed customs broker to act as my agent and to transact business with the applicable broker services agency to clear the merchandise and account for applicable duties and taxes.
4. BonRoux Pty Ltd does not accept returns of the Vacurect dispatched outside South Africa.
5. International orders may take five to 20 working days before delivery.
6. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
7. You agree to indemnify BonRoux Pty Ltd against any loss, damage, harm, claim or any other cost whatsoever as a result of your use of the Vacurect.
8. All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the information on this website, social media channels and email marketing is accurate and up-to-date. However, BonRoux Pty Ltd does not warrant that the content or information displayed is always accurate, complete and/or current. Errors and omissions may be excepted.
9. By submitting your order and payment you warrant that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen), are authorised to make payment with the payment method and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.
10. Orders placed online constitute your offer to purchase subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your order. Failure by us to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of the sale or the enforceability thereof.
